In-spite of closure of my Standard Chartered credit card in Sep 2013, there has been frequent emails to pay the outstanding. Also one of the communication from the bank is that its already closed and now I’m receiving that we would be reversing the charges. This overdue has been reflecting in my CIBIL report due to which there has been enormous amount of delay in processing of home loan.

This unnecessary levying if charges has been the business of the bank and should be stopped. Also, due to delay in processing of my home loan, I had to pay additional interest of 4000 in icici bank which has to be borne by SC bank.
