I am using Standard Chartered Credit Card number ending with 4755. I am also using other card from CITI bank from last 10 years and never faced any issue.But Standard Chartered is charging some extra interest charges which are not applicable as i am paying the bill 5 days before the due date. When I call them they are saying that its some issue with system. So want to go legally as this is repeating and bank is not taking any proactive action to avoid this.

Kindly help me on this issue as I am not getting any satisfactory response from the Standard Chartered Customer Service / Care.
