My name is Mukul Sharma. I am based out of Noida. I used to have a credit card ” Manhattan Platinum” xxxx xxxx xxxx 9858. In july-Aug 2013, I have asked the bank to upgrade the limit of this card or else discontinue this card coz it was of no use for me. But instead of canceling the card, they issue a new card with same credit limit. I used it for once and paid the whole amount next month with some late fees. Now your executives are blackmailing me to pay a due amount of ~6000.00. which got accumulated to my card, I dont know from where. And saying if I dont pay these dues they will put it in CIBIL. I have requested the bank to discuss with me and close this. but they are not even responding. ref Id of my complaint is: 11/14/020406/SP/CRD
