Why Standard Charted Bank is not Updating my Phone Number ?

Hi I wanted Standard Charted Bank my bank to update my phone number and it was supposed to be done in one day but no response nor follow up was there when I wrote mails and even phone banking was not helpful. there process is a mere deadlock and they have no idea of helping customer. I was not able to recall my last transaction and because of that they say they cant identify even when I have proved myself with other details. even going to bank was also not helpful.

I have wasted so much money calling them since customer service is not toll free. they put me on hold for so many minutes resulting in wastage of my money and no solution for the problem. I want them to return all the money I spent calling them and also as fine they should clear my outstanding amount.
