Next.com – Delivery substandard product

Dear Sir, I have seen an advertisement of Women’s Combo offered by next.co.in on a tv channal which seems very nice and same has been ordered by me. It was delivered to my home on 19th Oct 2014 at 2 PM. My order number is 00135265. I have chosen payment on delivery option. After making the payment and opening the parcel, I find that the quality of particulars are extremely bad and the finishing of the bag and hand bag is very poor. The quality of stitching can be observed in the enclosed picture with this mail. It is also learned that the bag’s internal pockets are open and not stitched properly. I was much disappointed to see all this and complained several times to the customer care and through telephonic call and a number of emails have been sent in this regard. Surprisingly I received only automated email response which says that complaint has been registered any they will call me shortly. But till date i have not received any call or any email from any of representative of the company. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

I wanted to return the “Women’s combo” and get my money back. Also black listing of the organisation which is engaged in fooling online consumers across the country.
