I Had Booked one BHK flat in JP Infrastructure Ltd ,in AMAN 3 project yamuna express way thru Investor clinic, Noida., in JAN2014 by way of DD Rs,75000/-and at the time of booking they assured me that we will/builder will not demand money till one year, but he demands money in APR 2014 and till date I have not received any physical document from them.,I came to know this demand on my E mail.

Sir I have no money to pay this fraud builder, I am communicating on E mails several time but builder deny to pay back my money. I have personally gone to builder office but no result., I met there durgesh , Mrs shashi, Mrs Bhatt, but they say that we will not give back your money.

sir I want my hard earned money back. The DD no. 583164 dated 02/01/2014 of Union Bank of India
