MATRIX had my email id was wrongly entered into my account details even after me giving MATRIX my official Fidelity Business Card • MATRIX send some communication to an email ID: ss@microsoft.com which is not my email id (how can I have a Microsoft official ID if I work for Fidelity?) • Roshan agreed that he did tell my wife that we will get a message once we cross 500 MB / High Usage, however I came to know from Tushar today that Matrix doesn’t have any “Mandate” to update their customers when there is high usage happening. • Tushar also mentioned that they haven’t received any messages from AT&T as another reason why they couldn’t send me an email. • I Had a 1 GB plan limit — went up to 5.8 GB ….. no sane person would do knowingly use 5 times of his Data limit especially when you travel all over the world and most of the time have used matrix ( please pull up my records via my passport #) I do have a few questions which I am still trying to understand: o Tushar mentioned that AT&T message didn’t come thru, also matrix might not send a message, as there is no mandate.. so what is the bone of contention – is it AT&T didn’t send the message to matrix ? Or matrix received the message but still didn’t send it to me ? or is it that Matrix might not inform the customer that have reached or crossed their data plan ? ? Regardless of the answer, In both the case, you have contradicted your own point and not taking ownership on any- so much so, that Roshan could have clearly said that we ‘Might’ get a message rather than saying that you ‘will’ get a message to alert you…”. (as Roshan acknowledge that he had, had a conversation with my wife informing her that there will be a message that matrix ‘Will’ send to ensure that the data plan usage is within the GB Limit) o If he had just been clear about the communication – I would have never used the matrix data plan and brought a local plan from the US at $50= Rs. 3000, which would have given me a 5 GB data plan. o Matrix has billed me more than Rs 1 Lakh, don’t you think I could have bought an extra round trip ticket for a person for US in that amount and I still would have not reached Rs 1 Lakh? Finally As discussed Tushar mentioned that he will get back with me on the next steps, however as of now I continue to dispute this case and since I learnt from Tushar that there is no dispute department – kindly let me know who along with Tushar will be handling this case next, so that I can involve them as well.
I want concession on the bill to the extent of the amount which was over due to false communication of the sales rep
