I was holding Standard Charted Creditcard bearing a account number 9356-5008-0688-7816 and Which I had closed the account on 25-09-2012 with full payments and before closing I had opted for ReStructured Loan for Oustanding EMI which has been Paid fully but after closure of EMI they have not Updated my Write Off status in CIBIL, When I enquirer with standard charted bank customer care to updated my CIBIL status they asked me to send a mail and I sent the same on 29-01-2013 for CIBIL status update and till now they have not replied for the Email and not updated my CIBIL status

My Loans are getting rejected because of the WRITE OFF Status as RESTRUCTURED LOAN Status in my Account

I wanted CIBIL Status to be updated at the earliest and confirm the same over the Email or Call at the earliest .
