Complaint against order no . 20131008046593 Regarding item not matching as per advertisement and bad behavior of customer care executive while we discussing about the mismatch. Dear sir We forced to file a complaint against of the company Star C J Network India Ltd for the wrong product advertisement and bad behavior of the staff. The required details are provided here. Product Details: Item Ordered . Shalika tulsi saree pack of 9 sarees Order no. 20131008046593. Dated. 08. 10. 2013 Advertisement date 08 oct 2013 in TV channel Information provided in Advertisement : Georgette saree by Shalika Pack of 9 Order amount Rs 3999/- mode of pay . Cash Defect found: The item was mentioned as georgette saree in the telecast dated 08 oct 2013. In the advertisement and while placing the order by phone they never mentioned as it is a product made by 100% polyester. But the material delivered was not original and it is 100% polyester with poor quality material Problem faced while placing the compliant: We called to Customer care on 10oct 2013at 7. 50 Pm and lodge the compliant of unsatisfactory of material delivered, and received return call after 44 hours on 12 oct 2013 at 3. 05 Pm. But the person called was arrogant and not ready to hear any of our word , he was shouting at me and refused to tell his name also . Finally he disconnected the line without listening my complaint and by saying we are not eligible for refund and he rejected our complaint meanwhile he pointed that it is the customers duty to check with the company before placing the order. Please note that we placed the order based on the advertisement. And the company cheated us by telecasting wrong advertisement. Here we forced to file complaint against of the company with consumer Grahak for 2 reasons . 1. Delivering wrong material after placing the order 2. Misbehaviors of the staff while placing complaint. We request consumer forum to accept our complaint and ask the company to refund the money we paid by taking back the product delivered. We believe on consumer forum and customer rights, and looking forward for a better solution from your end
