Paid complete fee for the online CRM training programme Rs. 18000/- but only few classes were conducted covering not even 20% of the syllabus from the course content that they promised to cover. And now they are refraining from refunding my fee when asked and not picking up my calls also. I started my course in june 2013 and it was suppose to get completed in 2-3 months but only 6 -7 sessions were taken that too one hour each whereas course requires at least 50 – 60 hours of training. I requested them if trainer is not interested in training then arrange for a another trainer but they are delaying for more than 2 months. When asked for refund they are resisting and avoiding.

I want my fees Rs. 18000/- to be refunded plus the cost of my travelling to there centre for registration, getting receipt, negotiating for refund, phone expenses that I have made calling them and mental tension that they have given to me Rs. 2000/-.
