Star CJ – Faulty Mixer Grinder staff continuously confusing

Dear Sir/Ma’am , We have received the faulty Juicer Mixer Grinder which was ordered from Star CJ Alive. According to their Term and conditions if someone received any faulty product then customer have to do complaint in star CJ Alive before 48 hours so that they will provide the replacement for respective product but i have call to their customer care in 5 times and they are continuously confusing me, in three time they said that it will not be replaced after that they are telling yes complaint is logged and it will be replaced after 4-6 working days and are not providing in written even we have told that many times – Please Provide me the complaint number else send me an e-mail but does not responding .. They also not responding of my mails .. Request to you please do the needful….
