I have ordered one Karbonn A3* Android Mobile on star cj over phone on 31/7/2013 and subsequently did payment on 1/8/2013 for Rs 3990.00 by my citi bank credit card, the same is also confirmed by citi bank and the receipt of payment is confirmed by star cj.my order no is 2013-07-31-047776. but till now i have not received the product, i have received 2 messages since my payment one stating that u will receive the product in next 3 days and another recd on 5/8/2013 stating that u will receive the product in next 4 days. The star cj defaulted the standard promise of 3 days of delivery, however I chose to wait for another 4 days as informed to me.As I did not get the product even after such delay, I started contacting the customer care regularly only to get fake promises.As on date there is a delay of 17 days and still am waiting for the product for which I paid.

I want my money back with interest and the product at 50%discount for the mental trauma that I have endured along with the time that I have spent on follow up.
