Hi, I have done online shopping through Star CJ but I am not satisfied with the quality of product delivered. Now I feel that I have been cheated as at the time of purchase there was no online payement option for paying the bill. They only have Cash on delivery option which is a trap for the customer. Reason for dissatisfaction is that the product quality is not good in comparison to the quality which I have used earlier. I have purchased set of bedsheet from brand like Weaves through Star CJ as per the product showed on their website. I have tried Weaves products from other websites and I never had any complaints on the product. The day I received the product (11/09/2014) I was not happy therefore decided to speak to the customer executive. I raised my complaint with the customer care (18605001xxx) on 12/09/2014 and got the call back from them in 2 days but they stated that they cannot return the product on the basis of quality complaint. I again requested to customer care that I am not happy with the reply therefore I would like to speak to senior management. Since 13/09/2014 I am waiting for there call back. Today (17/09/2014) I have again reached out to the Star CJ customer care and again they repeated the same response. Just to add that I have also not received any bill or any other document from Star CJ stating that product is from weaves. Need your help in resolving my complaint from Star CJ .
