Star CJ Tab – Service centre issue old tab different codification

Previous mail on date 19.09.2014 2.Last complaint no. 140919201718 dt 19.09.2014. 3.Job card no. PUN-1507140089 dt 15/07/2014 4. IEMI no. 911321900032135(calling tab VA75) 5. Retail invoice no.201308141066 dt 14/08/2013 from Star CJ online purchase Respected sir, with ref.to above,I have submitted the calling tab of your company to the service center at 220,Master tara singh nagar at Jalandhar Punjab on 15th JULY 2014.After that i have regularly chased for the same at Jalandhar service center as well at Chandigarh center but no body giving the satisfactory reply.Last time the chandigarh service center said that the tab is not repirable so that you will get a new tab against the old one and the same will be collected from the service center at jalandhar.In this context i have visited on 11.10.2014 at the service center at 220,Master tara singh nagar jalandhar.He want to hand over the other old tab in place of my tab to whom i refuse to accept. After getting your mail I again visited the perfect service center at jalandhar but again get disappointed due to the rude behavior of the incharge and he said that you cannot get either the same repaired tab nor the new one and he try to hand over me the very old tab of different codification which is not at all acceptable for me.my Patience crossed the limit which made me frustrated. Kindly confirm whether I got the tab or not.

i have repeatably gone to the service center for seven time but every time they have the new reason to not giving me the rectified product.In last visit they said that your tab was not repairable and due to non availability of the product you only get the old tab.after insisting to provide the the new tab they bluntly refused that you are not so much smart to get the new products as a replaced product. it was humiliating.
