Sir plz help me and give me good suggestion. my mobile number 8686685xxx Aircel. the customer care cheating with me and blame me. i was recharge Rs65/- from free recharge.com. I get msg of recharge successfully. Transition number is txn.No.APR14121501331600002 But my balance is showing zero.when i call customer care the customer care person told me that u haves activated successfully So i told him were is my balance.then she give me a balance inquiry number i check but still not came my balance. Then i return back to call customer care but they not picked my call.just bizy the line Then i call with my friend phone to customer care and told my problem.but she not lines to me.she blame me that i haves activated internet pack .I told him were is my internet balance .and internet balance data.then she suddenly cut my call please give me good suggestion .my balance is cut third time the telecom company cheating all the customer.
