Brand: Micromax Unite2 A106 Service Center: SRI SAI TELECOMMUNICATION ( Bangalore) I purchased Micromax Unite2 “A106” mobile. It worked for few days then it stopped charging. I have the mobile for repair at local Micromax Service Center — SRI SAI TELECOMMUNICATION ( Bangalore). Repair Slip: S010214-0914-12453984 They returned my mobile after long 25 days. But when i received my mobile the new issue was seen and NVRAM ERR. When i told service center they said this is not a problem and it is common in Micromax mobiles and they did not took mobile for service. But when i tried wifi was not working because of this error so i came back to service center and again gave this mobile under new repair Jobsheet# S010214111413526582 Service Center people say NVRAM error is a mother board problem but reality is that this is a software problem not motherboard problem and needs replacement. After 1 week when i visited service on 22nd Nov they gave new repair sheet number# S010214-1114-13526582 Whenever i call them they just say we don;t have anything in our hands and mobile is in head office and will take some time. When i called the customer support for Micromax they said they received the mobile for repair on 12th Dec.
1. Why it took so many days for local Service Center “Sai Communication” to send mobile after so many days to Head office. [ mobile given on 24th Nov but head office received on 12th Dec] 2. When called local service center or visited them they said it is already at Head Office. Why did they gave FALSE statement 3. NVRAM ERR is a software issue. why local service Center said it is hardware issue and Mother board needs replacement ? 4. My mobile spend around total 45 days till now in service center. When i asked to better give a replacement they clearly said it is not possible. So what should i do in such case as my mobile is continuously getting issues. 5. Why did they changed the repair slip number on 22nd Nov ? In addition to above answers they should compensate and give a replacement or upgraded version without any charge for my sufferings.
