Hello I am insured with star health “medi classic” policy for the last 8 years. I am 58 year old. Without any prior insurance claims I got operated this week in a hospital affiliated with star health, and eligible for total cashless insurance claim After I got the bill I was reimbursed only 80% by star health, without any valid explanation.

Kindly help me how I should proceed in to claim the remaining 20% or is it normal industry practice for us to bear that cost ? Even in case of no claims made in the last 8 years ?
