I have done my health insurance through star health allied insurance co. Ltd during 2011-12 and now i have done my wifes major catract operation from raghudeep eye hospital, ahmadabad and its expenses are rs 1,24,000 but company settlements is of rs 20000 only. Then who will bear the remaining amount.the company says that our limit for catract operation is rs 20000 only

Claiming for remaining medical expenses occured and all the documents are sended to company the company says that our limit for catract operation is rs 20000 only. I want full reimbursement as early as possible else I will approach the consumer court of law.
