It is to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for a new SBI debit card more than 3 months ago and I am getting no closer to getting it. When I inquired about the same in my home branch (ifsc code – SBIN0001694), they had no information about the cards whereabouts. Same thing happened when I called SBI customer care helpline. Please guide and enlighten me with the steps that I need to take to get the “much hyped” SBI Debit Card. Prior to this, once I received the debit card without even applying for it and Rs200 were deducted from my account without me being informed by the bank.
