I bought a air cooler of symphony from starcj online o. date 8/5/2014. The cooler was not working and dead from that day. I complained twice on dated 10/5/2014 and 26/5/2014 with complaint no. 10e14037 & 26e14006. Both time gave a number of virender ph no. 9711697917 but he never visit and resolve the problem. I purchased this symphony brand for better cooling due to temperature of delhi more Than 45 in summers.

I am very upset after purchasing this brand. There is so much heat wave in delhi. Since one month i am cheated and tortured by company. My family also suffering these days. I want to return the product and damage of 100,000 rupees from the company for mental torture.
