non delievery of bike from booked consignment delhi to mumbai by mr jitesh, state cargo packers and movers, old seemapuri, delhi – 95 sir, 1. i have booked my household items and bike through state cargo packers and movers, d-21, old seemapuri, delhi -95 vide consinment no.2334 on 23 jun 13.and paid full charges in advance 2. they deliver half of the consignment damaged and bike missing. i was told on 20 jul 13 that my bike is coming by another vehicle. after that my bike ga/03, e 8807 has not been delivered till to date 3. mr jitesh, deepak and vidhi through whom i booked my consignment promissed me till 27 jul 13 for delievery, are not picking up phone now. other person is speaking on phone asking bribe .i am being mentally and financially harnessed. 4. the possibility of using the bike for illegal/ anti national activities can not be ruled out as consignment delievered but bike missing 5. during the delievery of damaged consignment i was told that my bike is coming by other vehicle and will be delivered on 2000 hrs on 20 jul 13. 6. wrong statement of delivering on 20,21,22 jul 13 have been made by sanya/mr anand/mr ajit and mr deepak. 7. kindly look into the matter and take disciplinary action against defaulters. sudheer kumar singh, mob 9594861994/02229992479 ins hamla, marve malad (w) mumbai – 400 095 .
