I ordered online on this website StationeryNew.com for -1. Navneet(Fun & Craft) set of 4 books 2. Navnet(Learn to Draw) set of 9 books The payment (Rs.586) was made online through Debit Card on the date of order (12.06.2015).But till 22.06.2015 they have not communicated properly regarding the details of the delivery of the order.I have called several times in their Landline no. but each time they either say that they are processing the order or just disconnect the line.

I want to cancel the order and get my refund.Please take some effective steps against this type of fraud website.
