I am a 23 year old student and have a small saving of Rs.20,000. I have accumulated this amount by saving some money received in the form of pocket money from my parents and some has been earned by me while I have worked in a call center for part time. I feel like cheated by Mr. Rahul who is working for Ventura Securities Ltd.(A-31, 2nd Floor ,Lajpatnagar-II, Near ICICI Bank, New Delhi – 110024 Ventura Securities Ltd., Address,Lajpat Nagar Branch). I decided to open a De-mat account with Ventura Securities Ltd., so i provided all my documents along with a Demand draft of Rs 5000 in favor for Ventura Securities Ltd on 11-05-2015 as i was told by Mr. Rahul that the amount would be refundable unconditionally. So i completed all the mandatory formalities. But When my account was opened with Ventura, i received a call from their head office that the money will not be refunded and will only be adjusted on the basis of trading or the amount you spend in the stocks through brockerage and also the validity of this amount will be only 1 year and after that i have to take a new plan or renew the same. So i request you to kindly look into the matter and take a strict action against these kinds of frauds and Kindly help me out in getting my money back. I want Rs.5000 back from Ventura Securities. Also, I want compensation of Rs.15000 in addition due to the harassment, torture and mental trauma which I have suffered due to their employee.
