Tikona Broadband – Bad services & deliberately termination

I purchased the internet connection for Rs. 2135 (advance for two months) in the last week of November 2014, with a monthly rental plan of Rs. 700 for 30 GB 1 MBPS and Tikona broadband connection worked fine for 7-8 days then after the connectivity problems persisted for a couple of months. In the month of Feb, 2015, throughout the month I faced continuous problems in connectivity and speed. i was assured of that the engineer will visit my site but no one visited with solution. My problems remained same as it was. Because I faced continuous problems in connectivity and speed which was much lower than the committed speed of 1 MBPS. Therefore for that month only I wanted the waiver and was denied by Tikona. In this regard I made many complaints to Tikona customer care but no one from Tikona gave me the waiver. Time passed and on 4th of April, 2015 they suspended my internet connection. Then in month of April Some Mr. Kahirati Lal from Tikona came to my home and found that the roof device was badly installed and there were no signals hence after observing everything he assured me waiver for full month and discounts in the next month bill. But after that there was no correspondence from Tikona and I received a letter from Tikona saying that my Internet connection was terminated. And was harassed on regular phone calls about payment. Since in my locality there was no other broadband connection I had to purchase a device of MTS connection to continue my internet services requirement. For that I paid Rs 1800.Not only this Tikona asked me to purchase a Wi-Fi device so i purchased the same in Rs. 1650. After the termination of connection this device is of no use and is spare. I incurred a loss of Rs, 2135 Plus 1650 and 1800. Besides i was harassed by making phone calls to customer care to correct the internet connection. But no one from tikona visited to correct the device. I was harassed by sending letters of threatening to me about the payment and not resolution of the services and again in one letter they threatened me about going to court.

Refund of money of Rs. 5585 plus Rs.50,000 for inconvenience caused to me through my time consumption, tensions and deliberate suspension of the connection and seeking other service provider (MTS connection from April 8, 2015) and payment of the same. tikona made Wrong commitment of providing good services but failed to do the same.
