Streetstylestore.freshdesk.com – Product not received

I placed an order on 6th April 2015 and expected to receive it by April end at least , because they claim to deliver within 3-21 days. But I did not receive it within that time period so I made a complaint on their email id on 1st May 2015 and received a “ticket id” immediately and they claimed to respond to the complain within 24 hours . But its been 2 months now, and they still have not responded to my repeated emails. I am not the only one harassed, they are harassing hundreds of customers. I want my money back , because they have lost my trust now. I do not trust them with the quality and sizes they would send to me (in case they ever send) , after reading about the poor quality and different sizes complaints made by other customers.
