My order no.:R142370316, placed on Sep 23, 2014 had two orders of which one was rejected from Style tags‘ end due to quality concerns. Accordingly the refunds have not been processed.Despite my recurring phonetic requests till date nothing has happened.

I have to keep calling the customer care, and every time the say its in process, this has been going on since Oct 20, 2014.

My refund amount of Rs.360
