on 4th may at 3:30pm,my balance was rs. 94.suddenly i got a sms tht “your dil-dosti pack has been activated at rs 49/30days”.then i checked balnce my balance became rs.45 only.I lodge a complain in customer care.they took my complain and told me to refund my balance within 24 hrs bt no step has been taken so far.continuously,i have tried to contact customer care bt no one pick up phone.
without my consent a service has b een activated and balance deducted.i want my money back immediately
