My name is Anil Khatri on 15/5/2012 i had purchased Sulekha.com business listing for Logo Design service in Rs.8988/- after multiple sales calls from their marketing department claiming they will provide me multiple business leads on daily basis and if i will not find their service satisfactory they will refund my money back as per their T&C “FREE LOOK PERIOD” (Please check “Sulekha Bill Doc Back”scan attachment). But when after 3 days I don’t receive any lead from them, I called their customer care and asked them why i am not getting leads. But they were not able to give me satisfactory answer. And on …. i had send them formal mail to cancel my listing and refund my money and many later on. Their customer-care people told me i should call Sulekha Mumbai Landline no. 022-39886655, 022-42443900 and speak with Mr. Sudarshan. To my surprise none of the above mentioned number are working. And till this date i don’t receive any refund from Sulekha .
