This is regarding Order No. 342174 Placed on Dec 27th 2012 worth 29,899 Rs. I believe such a transaction is a premium and should be doubly careful. They took my payment promptly, kept it for more than a week. I made calls to find out about the product shipment and they lied. Asked me to wait till 3rd Jan. Then on 4th, I called and it was said the order is cancelled because stock is not there and refund MAY reach my account in 15 days. No courtesy to inform me before I call? Its 30,000 Rupees! Locked with them because they dont know what they have to sell. They have it in stock when I placed the order, there are two persons who bought the same item after me, they mention it on their site. Such a reputable company, having an international site, and not able to keep your word to customers. I am very disappointed with you. I got just one SMS after I called, saying my money will be refunded. Not even a email, my order still shows success on their site.

I want my money back with interest calculated. I want them to answer why they took my order when they dont have the stock? Is it misleading the customer with fake advertisement?
