Sun Digital TV – faulty set-up box installed no one attended the complaint

My setup box was not working and placed a complaint on 06th December 2013. It was replaced with another faulty setup box on 10th Jan14 and after that again placed a complaint about the faulty one on 15th Jan 2014. Till date no one attended the complaint

Last two months I am paying the monthly recharge and I lost Rs.500/- on this account. Also I am failed to watch important news and events on TV

I want refund of my lost monthly recharge of Rs.500/- plus another compensation of Rs.10000/-
