This is to inform you that my SUNDIRECT connection smart card number 41141238612 is not working from June 2013. I have placed a complaint (Complaint Number: 8683944369) through SUNDIRECT Customer Care team on 19-07-2013, TAT was 48 hours. Every day I am calling customer care, but they are not even ready to give a proper answer. Simply they are asking 24 hours again and again.
