Sun DTH Direc TV Not Solving Consumer Complaints

I am a Sun Direct DTH service customer and my smart card No. is 41331777320. On 31.07.2013 I have made a complaint with sun direct customer care and the complaint No. Given was 8737254730. They assured the complaint will be attended by their technical team and will be resolved with in 48 hours. After 48 hours nothing has happened and I approached the customer care again around 8 times till 08 .08.2013 . No fruit full result till this date (09.08.2013) .Due to non availability of TV program mes, I faced tremendous difficulties in viewing news and other programmes. Also my Top up with sundirect for their south plan was finished on 08.07.2013. Now i am in a stage to approach the local network provider for a cable connection. This will cost approx Rs.1500/- for new connection . Also they should pay a compensation for at least 25000/- for the mental agony and difficulties faced by me
