I have recharged Rs. 500/-on my sun direct on 11.03.2013 through IDBI Bank, Kasaragod Branch through Website www.sundirect.in . the amount has not been credited to my sun direct Account till date. The connection has now disconnect by insufficient balance. I have complained on 22-03-2013 through call centre but no response till date.
Rs.500 has lost from my Bank Account. Pls recoupe or recharge my sun direct account.
