Sunny Nissan Car – Faulty air conditioner

My Sunny Nissan was purchased from the above dealer about a year back. Now about three weeks back the ac of the car stopped working. I was told that the compressor of the ac needed to be replaced. Despite repeated requests the same is not being done as according to Mr Gaurav / Mr Kapil the works manager, the part is not available with them, they have requested for the ac compressor and Sunny Nissan has not sent them the same. The same thing had happened in March 2013 also when a part of the ac was not available and it took them nearly 1 month to repair teh car. Why is Sunny Nissan selling cars in India if it does not have adequate spares to service them ? I have made repeated complaints to their toll free no also, ref no DHRCNINOR 2013081062953, but to no effect. All I get is a reply ‘we are sorry, we aplolgise for the inconcevinece and we shall get back to you’ So far no solution has evolved.

The part to be replaced immediately and damages of the order of Rs 20,000 to be paid for mental and physical harrassment.
