I had requested to surrender Airtel post paid connection with the details. Relationship no 1039240923, phone no 9831177379. Instead of paying any attention to my request, Airtel continued the connection and kept on sending false bills. The customer care team also keeps on calling and harassing me. Security deposit of Rs 300 is already submitted with Airtel. Still they keep on calling for unused and falsely generated bill payment.

Rs 300/= is already deposited with Airtel as security. They have not adjusted this amount with 1st month bill of Rs 264.16 or confirmed disconnection of number in spite of multiple requests and complaints from May 16 onwards.

I also need to stop harassment by Airtel customer care.
