Further to my mail dated 04.05.13 and 05.05.13 regarding refund of surrender value of my ICICI prulife policy no. 11470089. Till date the accumulated amount not credited in my account number. Kindly note that I have surrendered the above policy at your ICICI Prulife Vashi Branch on 23rd April 2013 for full withdrawal.

Subsequently, while talking to your customer service, I came to know that Rs. 11,15,807.07 vide payment no. 116457893 dated 06.05.2013 shows data entry error from your side. I request you to kindly arrange to transfer my accumulated amount with 18% per annum interest ( for delay duration) to my account number which I have mentioned during submission of surrendered application on 23.05.13.

Once again I request you to kindly refund my accumulated amount with interest without any further delay.
