t has been over a month but still i didn’t get my vehicle registration number and other documents (RC , insurance etc). I paid Rs 60000 for vehicle (suzuki Access 125 ) and thay are giving me receipt of 57000 only

Need the action against him.

Need my document ASAP and Rs 3000 back with proper receipt.
