Suzuki – incorrect EMI debited no proper service

They have taken and incorrect EMI from my account on 5th of April 2014 and have not returned the same till date. I have called several time and every time they give me only reason, below is the 1st complaint I sent to them and I have also attached the e-mail trail, I have taken a loan from you people and had asked for a 10months EMI and hence at the showroom they asked me to pay down payment of Rs. 25000. I had payed the same and had taken the 10months EMI, later I got a message from you guys that the loan number was 1888386 and the EMI was Rs.3418 for 15 months. I immediately called the RM (Srinivas – 9880774007, Koramangala Branch Bangalore) he inturn blamed me and argued with me that I had agreed for the 15 months EMI and when I explained that I had denied the loan with the girl Lakshmi in the showroom when she said they will not be able to give me the EMI for 10 months. He kept arguing with me and when I asked him to calculate the down payment and the EMI he apologized and said he will re-book my loan and will ensure this loan is cancelled. I have called your customer service team several times and all that they have to say is visit the branch or scan and send the receipt to us and we will check…Customer care….?????? On the 1st of April I received a message from you guys that the new loan is processed and the new EMI was Rs. 4418 for 10 months. On the 3rd of April I received another message from you people that this was a reminder for my EMI that was due on the 5th of April for Rs. 3318, I called your RM he said that he had sent an e-mail to his backend team and that this will not be processed and I can call customer care to check, I called your great team again and they mentioned that the loan was closed and that I need to ignore this message….. On the 5th of April, the amount of Rs.3418 has been debited from my account and on the 7th I spoke to Praful one of the team leads and he is absolutely of no use, he again asked me to scan my statement and send so that you guys can refund the amount…this means I have to give proof to prove that the amount has been debited?????????? I asked him to put me to his boss Harthik, Praful tells me that he is in a meeting and my call cannot be transferred , why do u have managers who don’t have time for upset customers??????? I asked Praful to arrange a call back and till now there is no call back been done…now is this being professional?????? I am attaching the screen shot of my statement as a proof for the debit, I WANT THIS AMOUNT BACK IN MY ACCOUNT ASAP…..ASAP….. If anyone is a little professional and concerned for customers please take care of this for me…I regret my decision of taking a loan from you guys, I have had loans with Bajaj Finance and they are so very well organized….this is damm ridiculous…

I want compensation for all the trouble they gave me and the number of calls that I have made to them. Everytime I called they never respected me and never gave me a resolution. It is been a month and 8 days now and still they dont have a resolution.
