My registered mobile number with them is 987341xxx and order ID is 13068085. I purchased a coupon worth Rs. 4999 on 2nd October – 2013. It was a contest for a mobile phone. Condition was, if i win I will get Iphone or if I loose, I will get one BSNL Penta Tab and shopping worth Rs. 4999 on their site. After many months they sent me Free Tablet, but it was an old tablet, I returned the tablet asking for the new one. They never sent the replacement. Every time they said that it is out of stock. On 7th Jan 2015 they agreed to refund the amount and asked for the bank details. I sent the bank details, But after many reminders I have not received the refund. Kindly do the needful.

I want my money back along with the Rs. 3000 as interest amount. Apart from that I want stricter action against this company so that nobody else should suffer with all this.
