Dear Sir, / Madam,

I Raghavender, visited the Sweekar Upkar Institution during the month of February 2016, which is location at Jubilee Bus Station, Secunderabad for my son evaluation for PhysioTherapy who is at age of 2 Years as he is unable stand or sit on his own.

As advise by Institution, went to the relevant department for the splint measurements and the staff has collect the 6000/- Rs without a receipt so immediately went to authorized management and bring to their notice about this but they assured me that I will get splint for my son in two weeks.

Further, I have made handwriting letter to the senior level management to look into this issue to recover my money either splint.

Till now, I haven’t received either money nor splint. I request to kindly make a serious steps to prevent to stop such incidents as people whose are coming with difficulties of life related issues.
