I ordered food via Swiggy app from a restaurant named Mansoor Bhai’s Lucky. Being a vegetarian I ordered Dal fry, chappatis and chass, but on receiving the order I found 3 large chicken pieces in my Dal fry. I complained with swiggy and they refused to let me know the action to be taken against the restaurant and offered me a refund only for the dal. Really disappointed with their casual attitude about this goof up. I being a vegetarian would like to take an action against them.
