sir I have bought a TAB(Swipe halo value 8 tablet) from swipe telecom by flip cart in the month of august on the day of 6th 2013.It was deliver in Durgapur in the name of avijit burman (order id OD30806072771. after few months it was creating problem as it was in warranty period(in 4th march 2014) i take it to the service centre which is in . after one month i called them they told me that the Tab has been broken by the courier , so you will get a tab or reimbursement. I called them several time and also went to service centre they replied me that we are talking to courier company for reimbursement. I called to swipe telecom several times they told me that it was a fault of service centre the reimbursement will given by them. here they started blame game to each other. Till date I havnt received my reimbursement. Sir, I dont want make and keep any relation with them I want my whole money back please solve my problem. The date and the els nmbr of service.
