Tata Docomo – Incorrect bill charged using unfair methods

I am receiving threatening and harassment calls from Tata Docomo to pay the bill which was already on dispute. I’ve a Tata Photon corporate connection(offered to Accenture employees) since 24-Dec-2010 and my plan is 5GB@550Rs. My Tata Photon No is 9243427485. I have been regularly paid all my bills without any delays and you can verify it. But some conspiring and shocking events popped up in nov/dec-2012 bill cycle. I received a bill of astonishing high amount of Rs.3985.00 for the period 05/11/12 to 04/12/12. You can simply see my usage history and verify that this is altogether different. However,i’ll come to the point and highlight couple of issues below on which i need clarifications. 1. My credit limit was set to Rs.1200 and i never requested to increase that.How my credit limit got increased to Rs.2700 without my consent and request? This is a serious compliance issue and should be escalated. I tried to verify the request details from photon customer care but every time they made excuses that we are not able to see through since this is a corporate connection and we don’t have access on this.I was literally being played through different customer care numbers but no one helped me. Everyone simply tried to get away with some non sense excuses. 2. Even if my credit limit was unknowingly set to Rs.2700, why my services didn’t get stopped when bill amount crosses that limit ?This happened to me earlier 4-5 months back that my connection got barred when my usage crossed my limit of Rs.1200. I haven’t got any proper response on this query as well. On these above issues, i tried to reach customer care multiple times and raised 3-4 complaints online but never got any response or replies from customer care. Instead, after 1-2 months in Feb-2013 i got few calls to get the payments done to continue my services. I raised above issues again and said if you provide me proper response and reason on that, i’ll be happy to pay that. She agreed to come back but never did. After couple of weeks,i got a call from a recovery agent asking for payments. He was not a authorized person but have all my bill details. He used abusive way of talking and told me to have a settlement on Rs.3000. It was simply a harassment for me and i didn’t get who gave him authority to talk like that. Anyway i handled him well and he never called me back. Now i’ve got couple of mails from some other unauthorized and unknown mail ids about the same thing. They are trying to scare me by saying that tata tel will send legal notice for this issue. Today i got a call from someone called Ramesh(Cell No: 9036227xxx). He was saying that the amount can be settled with some discount. I don’t understand why i should pay the amount extra when the billing is still in dispute. Last response i got was that some billing team will contact me but i haven’t got any replies yet.

1) Resolve the billing issue and correct the amount. 2) Termination of services as per agreement.
