Eureka Forbes – Water Purifier issue not responding

I have purchased enhanced uv model this year. After that i have faced problems so many times. Everytime i file complaint they call me back next day or after 2 days. They wait for fridays. On Friday they make successful call back so that they can get weekends also since the time expected for technician to visit is 48 to 72 hrs. First time when they visited the problem wasnt solved. I again called second time that time they concluded part is damaged. Such illiterate technicians they get. No one is coming this time saying part is not available. I have 3 months old baby at home. Water purifier is must. Still they respond as if they dont know us. Ms preeti just knows how to make us calm irrespective of the problems we face. Kindly help in this regard. There has been so much bad review regarding this product on so many sites because of this product. I think they should ban this product now or the company for the type of service they provide.
