i have a hcl laptop within the warranty period which i gave it into a authorised hcl service center on 14 th april 2014 for a diplay issue. laptop Serial No. : C101AE589625. i called the service center,i also called the area manager west bengal and the hcl customer service for my problem but every one told me that my problem will be solved within 1 week from last 2 months.its almost 3 months is going on but till now i didnt get my laptop back.

want my laptop back within 1 week without any problem in my laptop or they have to give me a new laptop with the same configuaration or better than that
