I purchased a bajaj exhaust Fan (specification – Supreme Dlx , Sr. no. 002238 , Batch no. – V07411C) with date of purchase as 4-Aug – 2012. with 2 years gurantee. I faced problem in the product in current month June 2014. Since it was with in gurantee period i raised a complaint to customer care. Executive visited my place and confirmed the problem in Motor. He further informed me that you need to visit the dealer as this product does’nt falls under our resoultion bucket. I visited the dealer and following up since past one week but due attention is not being given without any convincing reason. Request your intervention for resolution.
Product to be replaced/fixed as per the valid norms.
