I have made Airtel DTH following payments Ref 1 through credit card through VISA Bill pay on 09/06/2014 AIRTEL DTH 3002411736 1000.00 1000.00 09/06/14 090065326667 PAID Ref 2 through Cash @ Counter Rs 1,000/- Koramangala payment made and they have given credit to our a/c same date this payment made because when we have checked with AIRTEL Online Customer Care they informed us online payment they have reversed due to some technical problem but till date it is not credited to my a/c and my Complaint No : 3857012 and my repeated call they keep saying this amount we have credited to my credit card

Not providing correct details to customer and complete cheating when I checked with VISABILLPAY below reply I have received: Dear Customer Thank you for writing to Visa Bill Pay.
