Samsung reffrigirator – gas leakage not working no response

we had purchased samsung reffrigirator model no.rs21hstpn1/xtl from your dealer gemsons international on 10.02.2013. the said machine is not working from the last 7 days and we have lodged the complaint vide complain no.8465642308 dated 20/06/2014. the technician had visited the site and examined that there is a gas leakage in the product. we had asked the technician to fill the same but he told that he would come the next day with the gas. now six days have been passed and respite of everyday complaints neither there is a feedback nor the technician for its repair.
want immediate action or company may take its product back
