I gave a handset inder warranty to service on 23rd Nov 2013, till today there handset has not been returned from service, i have written so many mails and no correct revert for the same, when ever i call the call centre the response is adding 10 day more for delivery. due to this i bought another handset for 17k for using, these guys are simply saying no spares, if a company does not have spares to service why should they sell.
