I paid for the insurance on 31st December, even today I do not have my insurance. After continuous follows they replied on January 23rd that my proposal is rejected. 1. I am 55 yrs and require an insurance, today do not have any insurance. 2. Required docs were sent on 9th, however till 15th they were saying that they do not have the docs. 3. Medical test was done on 2nd, and no response after that. 4. I was told that I should know the result in maximum of 7 days. 5. They have used my money for 25 days now, I would want to claim my initial amount, interest for the money lying with them, amount for the inconvenience caused to me. Please help.
